Returns & Refunds

Each independent seller sets the return window and policy for their physical products. Review the product’s return policy before buying. Digital goods and booked services use their own cancellation policies.

1. Open My Purchases and request a return for an eligible delivered item. Tell us the reason and quantity.
2. The seller, or Wholeness for returns it handles, reviews your request. Wait for approval and the return address before shipping.
3. Ship the approved items and add the carrier and tracking number in Returns. Shipping costs follow the seller’s posted policy.
4. The receiver confirms the items have arrived and been inspected. A request or tracking number alone does not trigger a refund.
5. After inspection, the item refund goes to your original payment method. Any disclosed Wholeness handling fee is deducted. Card-processing costs are recorded separately; they are not deducted from your refund. Bank posting times vary.

If a delivery date or seller’s return address is missing, contact support@wholenesscommunitymarketplace.com. Please include your order number.
