It is an online marketplace and community built for people navigating acute and chronic medical conditions, their caregivers, and the wellness providers who support them. You can take a free wellness assessment, book independent providers by video, shop wellness products, and join a moderated community — all in one place.
Yes. Creating a member account costs nothing. You only pay when you book a session or buy a product, and prices are shown on every listing before you commit.
Providers create an account and can list right away. Submitting identity documents and credentials is optional — providers who do are reviewed by our team and show a Credentials Reviewed badge on their profile. Providers remain responsible for their own qualifications. Any credentials a provider shares appear on their profile.
Across the United States. Providers set their own format — many offer video sessions, and some see people in person. Each provider profile says which they offer, so you can work with someone anywhere in the country or someone local to you.
No. Many members are caregivers, or simply people who feel run down and want structure. Nothing here requires a diagnosis, and nothing here replaces medical care.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Services take a deposit of 20–25% at booking with the balance due at completion; products are paid in full at checkout.
