Why do some products show a rating of zero?
Because they genuinely have no reviews yet. We show zero rather than hiding the rating so a new listing is never mistaken for a proven one.
What is your returns policy?
Providers are the seller of record and post their own return policy on their storefront, which must comply with consumer protection law. The platform can facilitate refunds through the payment system.
Can I buy something more than once?
Yes — purchase history includes a Buy Again action, and for consumables you can opt into an email reorder reminder.
