Nutrition & Healing
Food guidance that fits your condition, your budget, and your actual week.

Nutrition advice is everywhere and most of it was not written for someone managing a medical condition. Working with a qualified practitioner replaces the noise with a plan built around your labs, your treatment, your appetite, and what you genuinely have the energy to cook.
Our nutrition practitioners cover anti-inflammatory eating, appetite and taste changes during treatment, weekly meal planning, and supplement questions.

Questions
What members ask most often before starting with nutrition & healing.
Yes, and they should. Bring your latest labs and medication list to your first session so your plan accounts for them. Nutrition support complements medical care — it does not replace it.
That is one of the most common reasons members book. Practitioners work on tolerable, calorie-dense options and eating patterns that fit around treatment days rather than pushing full meals.
Many practitioners do. Tell them at intake who else is eating at the table and they will build one plan with variations instead of two separate menus.
Practitioners will review what you are taking and flag interactions worth raising with your physician. Any supplements you choose to buy can be found in the marketplace, but nothing is required to follow your plan.
